The biggest fear about outsourcing your editing is that the gallery comes back looking like someone else made it. The answer to that fear is the editing profile, so it is worth explaining exactly how it works, with no mystery and no overselling.
It starts with your own work
Before we touch a single live wedding, we learn your style from weddings you have already finished yourself. You provide a set of past galleries, around four weddings, roughly 3,000 colour-edited images in total, with your finished edits in place. That volume is not arbitrary. It is what it takes for the profile to learn the choices you make without thinking: how you treat skin, where you let shadows fall, how warm you keep a white dress in hard light.
From those, we build one profile. Yours. Not a house look, not this month's popular preset, not a style borrowed from another photographer. Trained on your finished work, and used only on your galleries.
The more of your own work the profile learns from, the closer the match. The volume is not a hurdle. It is the whole reason it looks like you.
How the editing actually happens
We are honest about the mechanics. AI does the heavy lifting across the gallery, applying your profile frame by frame, which is what makes it possible to return up to 1,200 images in five business days. Then a real person runs a quality-control pass: checking skin tones, catching the frames a machine would miss, holding the consistency from the first image to the last. AI for the volume, a human eye on the result.
That mix matters. A profile left entirely to a machine drifts on the hard frames. A human working alone cannot keep the pace. Together they produce a gallery that looks like you sat down and edited it, because in every way that matters, the look is yours.
It gets better the longer you work together
The profile is not frozen. Every wedding you send teaches it a little more about how you see, so the match sharpens over time. If your style evolves, you send newer work and the profile moves with you. One photographer, one profile, refined with each job.
Your couples open the gallery and see your work, under your name, with no trace of us anywhere. That is the entire point. See the full process, or what it costs per wedding.
